Angelenos Who Kill By Air and Ground / Omen

Most Angelenos and all hawks only attack prey on the ground. Falcons, skyscraper-dwelling Peregrine falcons in particular, also annihilate living things that fly. Like pigeons. On Speedway. And they'll look you in the eye before they take flight, talons buried in the winged rat's breast, off to the aerie atop a steel tower for supper.
Yeah, that's pretty much it.
